Huaxian Technology is a new inorganic refractory fiber material group company integrating scientific research, design, production and sales, covering a total area of 24 hectares of land. The company is located in Tangshan City, Hebei Province in China with superior geographical location and convenient transportation. It is 120 kilometers away from Tianjin Port and 180 kilometers away from Beijing.

Our main products include fiber cement boards, calcium silicate board, deep-processed decorative boards, fireproof boards, explosion-proof boards, aluminum silicate boards, ALC panels, built-in ceramic fiber ALC board, ceramic fiber board, external wall thermal insulation boards, thermal insulation pipelines and other related products.

With advanced technology, strong professionalism and rich product categories, Huaxian Group covers the whole chain business of research,development, production, product sales, design and construction and this enable Huaxian to provide customers with comprehensive service needs.

Preparation Stage

It was planned to build 6 production lines with an annual output of 150,000 tons of ultra-fine ceramic fiber thermal insulation products. The project covers an area of 7 hectares, with a total construction area of 70,606 square meters.

Establishment of Shunhao Environmental Protection

Tangshan Shunhao Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was founded. In the initial stage, a production workshop, canteen, bathroom and exhibition hall were completed. Preparation for the construction of additional production workshops and comprehensive office building was initiated, marking a new milestone in the company’s development.

Completion of Shunhao East Office Building & Founding of Huaxian Technology

The company’s production workshop, east office building and 2 production lines were completed and entered the equipment commissioning phase. Supporting facilities and talent reserves were gradually arranged. In the same year, Huaxian Technology was established.

Official Completion of Shunhao Production Lines

The comprehensive building on the west side of the factory was finished. The 3 completed production lines were officially put into operation, achieving an annual output of 50,000 tons of ultra-fine ceramic fiber thermal insulation products. Construction of the subsequent 3 production lines commenced. In the same year, Tangshan Huaxian Technology Co., Ltd. was prepared and constructed in Luannan West Industrial Zone.

Completion of Phase I Project of Huaxian Technology, Production Fully On Track

The company’s comprehensive building and all production lines were put into operation. Production and business operations got on the right track, and the company entered the preparation stage for IPO. The comprehensive building of Tangshan Huaxian Technology Co., Ltd. was completed, and the calcium silicate board production line was officially launched.

Completion & Official Commissioning of Huaxian Technology Phase II Project

The production lines for ALC panels and aerated blocks were put into use, bringing all production and business activities fully on track.

Official Launch of Huaxian Technology Phase III Project

In May, the Phase III project "Complete Special Equipment Manufacturing for Ultra-fine Ceramic Fiber Production Lines" of Tangshan Huaxian Technology Co., Ltd. officially started construction.
