Ceramic Fiber Insulation Pipe Shells are tubular or semi-tubular ceramic fiber products. Taking ceramic fiber as the main raw material and adding inorganic binders, they are manufactured via processes including batching and pulping, mould forming, thermal curing, etc. The conventional thickness of ceramic fiber pipe shells is 100–200 mm, and the pipe diameter ranges from 200–800 mm.

Thermal Insulation & Fire Resistance: It achieves Class A fire rating, with a maximum service temperature exceeding 1000 °C.

Low Thermal Conductivity: Ceramic fiber pipe shells feature low thermal conductivity and deliver outstanding thermal insulation performance across various temperature ranges.

High Compressive Strength: Manufactured by wet batching and pulping for homogeneous material mixing, followed by rapid drying with microwave drying equipment, ceramic fiber pipe shells possess greatly enhanced overall compressive strength up to 0.3 MPa.

Moisture & Water Resistance: The hydrophobic rate exceeds 98%, and water absorption is less than 1%. It can effectively prevent damage to the thermal insulation system caused by moisture and water penetration.

Sound Absorption & Noise Reduction: The noise reduction coefficient is above 0.9, providing excellent attenuation of fluid noise inside pipelines.

Safe & Eco-friendly: Under high-temperature operating conditions, it is non-combustible, dimensionally stable, emits no toxic fumes and causes no environmental pollution.
